The Materials Big Data Platform of Materials Academy, JITRI focuses on national strategies and the characteristics of material industry in Jiangsu Province, relies on the resource agglomerating and industry-university-research system advantages of the Academy, and specializes in transportation, aviation, aerospace, energy and other key application areas to construct an industrial application-oriented material big data public technology service platform. It has set up "Jiangsu Material Big Data Public Technology Service Platform" as an innovation carrier. The concept of standardization, modularization, intelligence and scalability is applied to build the platform database. Taking into account the "high dimensional" and "nonlinear" characteristics of materials and product manufacturing processes, a new multi-dimensional intelligent learning design framework combining big data and artificial intelligence is used to realize generation, analysis and integration of multi-source material data in key scenarios and solve problems of small, expensive and time-consuming data from a single experiment. Demonstration databases in fields such as metals and connection have been formed, and a series of data-driven industrial software systems independently developed, such as intelligent management software for material data (AlphaPile), general structural fatigue analysis software (AlphaFatigue), and intelligent design software for multi-material connection process (AlphaJoint), to assist enterprises in digital transformation and upgrading.
