In August 2016, Productivity Centre of Jiangsu Province (leader), Science and Technology Information Institute of Jiangsu Province, High-Tech Entrepreneurship Service Center of Jiangsu Province, China National Intellectual Property Administration Nanjing office, and Patent Information Service Center of Jiangsu Province called on provincial backbone technology service institutions, financial and venture capital institutions, universities, research institutions, industry organizations, and service-oriented science and technology enterprises to form "Jiangsu Science and Technology Innovation Service Alliance" ("5 + N" mode). The Alliance, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the general requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, envisions "leading the country with high quality" and "shaping an independent and controllable modern industrial system", pioneers a standard, scientific, efficient and sustainable operation mechanism, realizes "resources sharing, coordinated development and win-win cooperation", and strives to create a specialized, networked, integrated technology service system with the characteristics of Jiangsu Province, providing quality science and technology service support for a "developed, affluent, beautiful and civilized" Jiangsu.
The Alliance mainly provides science and technology services, and promotes the innovative development of industrial parks, the technological innovation of enterprises and industrial transformation and upgrading for science and technology service industry clusters such as National Innovation Demonstration Zone of Southern Jiangsu Province.
1. Give full play to the roles of the alliance members, and explore the establishment of a new development model of science and technology service industry.
2. Organize the alliance members to carry out consultation, discussion and matchmaking activities according to the requirements of parks and enterprises. Commercialize a batch of major patented products, promote the transfer and commercialization of major scientific and technological achievements, promote science and technology investment and financing, and empower the development of innovation platforms, science and technology incubators, and maker spaces.
3. Promote government departments, service agencies and industry organizations to strengthen cooperation, and establish and improve the science and technology service network for parks and enterprises.
4. Play the role of a bridge and a link, and build a science and technology service information platform among government departments, service agencies, industrial organizations, industrial parks and enterprises.
5. Establish and improve operation and management mechanisms, standardize the service process, and carry out service evaluation around the development goals of the alliance.
6. Establish a science and technology service brand of Jiangsu Province, and improve the influence and visibility of the alliance.
7. Undertake related affairs entrusted by the government.
Suzhou Advanced Metal Materials Industrial Innovation Association, established in December 2022, now has 31 institutional members. It is committed to offering a cooperation and exchange platform for the government and research institutes and enterprises in the field of metal materials, carrying out market activities relating to the advanced metal materials industry, stimulating the innovation vitality of the metal materials industry, enhancing industry cohesion and independent innovation ability, and empowering the sound development of Suzhou's advanced metal materials industry clusters.
Nature: A joint non-profit social organization composed of upstream and downstream institutions of Suzhou advanced metal materials industry chain, with legal person status.
Tenet: Abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, practice the socialist core values, observe social morals, consciously strengthen the construction of integrity and self-discipline, and serve the government, the society and the members wholeheartedly.
Philosophy: Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the members by law, put the members at the first place, actively play the role of a bridge and a link, and promote the sound development of Suzhou advanced metal materials industry clusters.
The Yangtze River Delta Advanced Materials Innovation Alliance of Universities is a non-independent legal entity cooperative organization composed of universities and related research institutes in the Yangtze River Delta.
Purpose
In response to the call of General Secretary Xi Jinping, the Alliance aims to gather and integrate resources, promote coordination, build an industrial technology innovation system in the field of materials in the Yangtze River Delta, practice the integrated development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta, agglomerate the national innovation resources in the field of materials in the Yangtze River Delta, and provide high-level science and technology supply for the development of the national material industry. The Alliance joins hands with its university members and related institutions to discuss the concepts, methods systems and mechanisms of material innovation and entrepreneurship education, steadily promote universities nationwide to carry out diversified, multi-level innovation and entrepreneurship education and science and technology innovation cooperation, realize resource sharing, coordinated development and common improvement, lead the innovative development and technology breakthroughs of the material discipline in the Yangtze River Delta, speed up the formation of a large-scale, innovative and practical innovation and entrepreneurship talent team, leverage the R&D advantages of universities to meet major national strategic demands, and contribute to the construction of an innovative country and the development of advanced materials industry.
Tasks & objectives
The objectives and tasks of the alliance are to strengthen inter-school cooperation, carry out the research and development of major original technologies, core generic technologies and key application technologies, meet the demands of major national projects, promote industry transformation and upgrading, and solve the source problem of technology around important discipline issues, technical issues and engineering issues about material design, preparation, analysis and application; discuss the concepts, methods, systems and mechanisms of innovation and entrepreneurship education, promote the material disciplines of universities in the Yangtze River Delta to carry out diversified, multi-level innovation and entrepreneurship education cooperation, and realize resources sharing, coordinated development and common improvement"; strengthen scientific and technological innovation cooperation between colleges and universities, cultivate entrepreneurs with innovation ability for the society, and contribute to the building of an innovative country and the satisfaction of major national strategies.
